Overview

Vocab Player is a learning aid for English vocabulary practice. Word books, audio, explanations, and quiz content are provided for study support and may contain mistakes that are corrected through reviewed updates.

Purchases and refunds

The first two word books are free. Paid books, bundles, and feature packs (Advanced Tools, VocabDict Pro) are one-time digital content purchases that unlock account-based access after Stripe confirms payment through our webhook processing. Checkout may show taxes where configured. Payment success does not guarantee access until the entitlement refresh confirms the purchase.

Pro is a recurring subscription billed through Stripe on the period you choose (monthly or yearly). It renews automatically at the end of each period; we may retry a failed renewal charge while the subscription is past due. You can cancel from the Account page (or in the Stripe billing portal) at any time — after cancellation you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and the subscription will not renew. If a renewal payment fails repeatedly and the subscription becomes unpaid or paused, Pro access is suspended until payment succeeds.

For purchase or refund questions, contact [email protected]. Refunds are reviewed case by case. A full refund of a one-time purchase may revoke access to the refunded content; a full refund or lost charge dispute on a subscription may revoke Pro access. Learning progress, word books, and local study history are not intentionally deleted just because access is revoked.

Feedback

Feedback should describe content issues clearly and should not include sensitive personal information. We may accept, merge, reject, or remove feedback when maintaining content quality.

Community word lists

Community word lists must be content you have the right to upload. Do not upload copyrighted material without permission, harmful content, or files that try to execute code. Reviewers may remove lists, hide lists, reject public sharing, or limit accounts that violate these terms.

Accounts and sync

Account and sync features are optional. Services, content availability, and review policies may change as Vocab Player improves, but cloud learning data can be exported or deleted through account tools when those features are enabled.
